Hooray for Back To School
The 2016-2017 school year has officially started! The PTO would like to thank all of the teachers, staff and families of Columbia Intermediate School in advance for the various ways in supporting the many events and activities that will take place throughout the school year. It will be a great school year and we could not do all of the events without the help and support of everyone involved. Best wishes to the new incoming 5th grade students and the veteran 6th grade students for a fantastic school year!
Pizza Night
Our first Marco's pizza night will be Tuesday, September 6th. Our school will receive 15% of all orders placed. When you call into order, please be sure to mention Columbia and provide them with your students homeroom teacher because the homeroom with the most orders each month will win a free pizza party!
First PTO Meeting
Our first PTO meeting will be on Thursday, September 1st at 7pm in the library. Please join us for the meeting to share ideas and learn about things that are going on around school.
PTO member is $10 and this will allow you to receive a directory for Columbia students and families. The homeroom with the highest percentage of membership will receive a Marcos Pizza Party!!
Picture Day
Columbia picture day will be Thursday, September 1st. We need volunteers to assist with picture day. If you are interested, there is a sign up genius on the PTO blog spot under the volunteer tab.

Spooktacular
Spooktacular is right around the corner on Saturday, October 22nd. Watch this newsletter and the CIS blog spot for more information and for volunteer opportunities.
Kroger Rewards
