Mr. Thomas All School Art Project - The dates for this tri-annual project will be March 23 - March 27. The 2015 project will be a mosaic created in the cafeteria. The PTO has been fundraising for this. Please help to support this excellent program. It builds great community spirit within the CIS building and all the students can feel pride in creating a significant work of art to forever don the cafeteria.

Inclement Weather Alerts - A snow day and 2 hour delay already in 2015, and that was just week one! How are YOU alerted? There is phone calls, email, twitter (@kings_schools) facebook (Kings Local School District) and the local news text alerts that can be set up.

How is it already the end of the first week of school? 2015 is starting out just like the movie...Fast and Furious.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS! For the Winter session, which starts 1/20 through 2/24, we are continuing the PTO sponsored programs: Chess Club, Drama Club, Big Foot Club, Through The Lens Club. Also being offered for a fee are Better BabySitters, Kids Home Alone, Pottery Wheel 101. Please click under Forms to see the registration form for the two different programs. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED! Please sign up ASAP

Save the Date - Preview night is Feb 27th and the show is Feb 28th. It's the event of the season and you don't want to miss it! For groups performing in POTH, tryouts are Sat. 1/17 from 9:00-noon. There will be 10 minute increments to sign up for, starting at 8:00 am on the morning of the 17th.
Mr. Thomas All School Art Project - If you've ever entered CIS, you see a plaster 3D wall scultpure on the left, and a multi-colored glass mosaic on the right. These are just two examples of the entire school art projects that Mr. Thomas coordinates every three years. The dates for this tri-annual project will be March 23 - March 27.
