TIMES 4!!! I like a snow day or two, but 4 in a row? Wow! Coupled with the 4 day holiday weekend on the front and another weekend on the back end. I have enough fingers to count 10 days off in a row. How common is that?
POTH COUNTDOWN!! February 27th is Preview night and tickets for this night are $5 and will be sold during lunch, starting MONDAY 2/23, until they are sold out! Which won't take long, so don't delay, buy MONDAY!
Students can purchase up to 2 tickets at a time. They will be sold everyday until they are sold out. At preview night you can vote for the Sammy Reagan People's choice Award, so bring your cell phones or other device with internet connectivity.
ATTENTION DAD's or MOM's looking to become more involved with your child's school. WE are looking for the next PTO PRESIDENT for 2015-2016 school year. If you're concerned with the amount of time this requires, consider the fact that I work fulltime outside the home, have 2 college kids, a 6th and a 12th grader. If I can do this, so can you!
CIS PTO has a great team of volunteers who help make your job of organizing and updating the Knight Nation easy. I've had a blast and I recommend it for anyone looking to network and be more involved with KLSD. Class of 2022 parents interested? please contact me asap!
NEXT PTO MEETING is THURS MAR 5th at 7:00, CIS Art Room. Please plan on attending. Very exciting things are happening with our major fundraisers, most specifically, we are planning on moving Fitness for Funds to the spring! (who's excited about that??!!) and rebranding it to the hottest trend in fitness right now, but you need to come to our meeting to find out more!!!
