PTO Meeting
The October PTO meeting took place last Thursday. The meeting minutes are posted below for your review. Next month's meeting will be held on Thursday, November 5th at 7pm in the Art Room.
The Staff Appreciation committee is planning another wonderful meal for the teachers and staff during this second round of conferences on October 20th. Click on the SignUp Genius link below to volunteer. All help and donations are greatly appreciated.
The annual Spooktacular fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, October 24th from 6-9pm. Erin Deutsch and the Spooktacular Committee have been working throughout the summer to bring a new and refreshed look to the carnival. See the Spooktacular packet below for detailed information on EVERYTHING Spooktacular! If you'd like to help with this fun event, signup on the SignUp Genius link below or contact Erin Deutsch at erin@springdot.com. Please note that the signup link below is different than the general signup you may have already signed up for. This is a more in-depth signup that is solely dedicated for Spooktacular.
Student Directories
Please be patient, as this has been a year of transitions with staff, as well as, a new printing company. The company we have used for the past several years has closed. We have found a replacement company and are working to obtain all of the information needed to process the directories. We will keep you updated throughout the progress and get them to you as soon as they become available.
Coordinator Needed
The PTO is looking for a coordinator to organize the 3v3 basketball tournament that is scheduled for Saturday, November 3rd. This is a one day event and would be perfect for someone who enjoys the game of basketball. All of the materials needed for this event is available, so there is no need to re-create the wheel. Please contact Nyioka Phalen at nyioka@gmail.com if you are interested or would like more information.
