PTO Meeting
Our first PTO meeting of the year took place last Thursday. It was a successful meeting with a great turnout. Feel free to read the PTO Meeting Minutes below if you were not able to attend. Our next meeting will be Thursday, October 8th at 7pm in the Art Room.

Staff Appreciation
The Staff Appreciation committee will be providing dinner for the teachers during the upcoming conference evenings. The first of the three conferences will be held September 17th. Please see the SignUp Genius link below to help with set up, clean up or to donate goodies. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!


 Spooktacular
The annual Spooktacular fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, October 24th from 6-9pm. Erin Deutsch and the Spooktacular Committee have been working throughout the summer to bring a new and refreshed look to the carnival. See the Save The Date Flyer for more info! Dance Team 101 is a Dance Team Training Class for CIS students taught by the KJH & KHS Dance Team Head Coach, Deborah Smith. Classes are taught in the cafeteria at CIS on Thursday evenings.  DancifyYourLife is offering a variety of dance classes to all Kings students. All classes are held in the Multipurpose Room at JF Burns Elementary. See flyer for more information.
